Please note, babies & infants (under 4's) are not accepted in our 3 bedroom / detached chalets.
This is due to steepness of stairs within & space limitations for a cot.

Strictly no smoking within all accommodation.

Check In & Check Out Times

Earliest check in is 4.00pm. Latest check in is 12.00am. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Other Policies

ARRIVAL TIME:  

You can arrive any time after 4pm.

Earlier entry may be possible if the chalet has not been occupied the night before. (after 2pm)

Please contact us prior to arrival day to request earlier-entry.

CHECKING-IN:

We operate a self-service check-in, with your chalet details texted to the booker within 24 hours of your arrival.

If you have provided a non-UK mobile number, check-in details are also emailed to the booker, due to potential reliability issues with receiving texts. Please also check your email account.

ON-SITE HELP:

For any assistance during your stay, our reception building is manned much of the day.

Please come here and ring bell at door.

Outside of manned hours,  you can contact us via the door intercom, or call / text / WhatsApp us on numbers provided.

CHECK-OUT TIME:

Is by 10am.

Due to our tight housekeeping schedule, this is unfortunately not extendable.
